These Terms & Conditions govern the admission, enrollment, and participation of children at Little Berries Preschool. By enrolling a child, parents or guardians agree to comply with the following terms.
Admission & Enrollment
Admission is subject to seat availability and completion of the prescribed registration process. Parents or guardians must provide accurate and complete information. Little Berries Preschool reserves the right to accept or reject any application.
Fees & Payments
All fees must be paid on time as per the communicated fee structure. Fees once paid are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing. Delay or non-payment may result in suspension or cancellation of enrollment.
Attendance & Timings
Parents or guardians are responsible for regular attendance and timely drop-off and pickup of their child. The preschool is not responsible for children outside official school hours.
Health & Safety
Parents must inform the preschool of any medical conditions, allergies, or special care needs. Children who are unwell should not attend school. In case of a medical emergency, the preschool may arrange necessary medical assistance and inform parents or guardians immediately.
Child Conduct & Discipline
The preschool follows positive and age-appropriate discipline practices. Persistent or serious behavioral issues that affect the safety or learning environment may require parental involvement and may lead to suspension or termination of enrollment.
Parental Responsibilities
Parents or guardians must maintain respectful communication with staff and adhere to all preschool rules and policies. Any change in contact details must be promptly communicated to the preschool.
Use of Photographs & Media
Photographs or videos of children may be used for academic, internal, or promotional purposes only with parental consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by submitting a written request.
Personal Belongings
Little Berries Preschool is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought by children.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
The preschool reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be communicated through official channels and will take effect immediately upon notification.
Termination of Enrollment
The preschool reserves the right to terminate enrollment in cases of non-payment of fees, repeated policy violations, or any conduct that compromises the safety and well-being of children or staff.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
